Morrisons are set to offer jobseekers in the York area further job opportunities at a two day recruitment event at the Best Western Monkbar Hotel on Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th August. The company have a variety of job opportunities on offer for its new store which is on schedule to open in October.
The recruitment event is a chance for people who are interested in joining Morrisons to meet members of the Morrisons recruitment team and find out more about the many different opportunities available and to pick up an application form.
Morrisons are looking for bakers, butchers, checkout operators, café assistants and sales staff to serve on the stores Market Street fresh food counters, in addition to positions in replenishment in grocery and fresh food. Training will be provided for all and there are excellent opportunities for promotion to supervisory positions.
A host of positions are available, including part time, working days or nights. Anybody who would like to discuss which role best suits their skills and circumstances should visit the recruitment event, where they can find out more by having an informal chat with one of the Morrisons team.
