Four products from Morrisons triumphed at the 2007 Grocer Own Label Excellence Awards yesterday. Held at The Savoy in London, the awards are recognised for rewarding the most outstanding own label products.
Andrew Pleasance, Grocery Director for Morrisons said, "As a food specialist, it is fantastic that our products have been recognised as some of the best on the market. I am very proud to pick up these awards on behalf of the company and hope that our customers will continue to appreciate and enjoy these award winning products."
Lorraine Hendle from the Grocer said, "The standard of entries was extremely high this year. We were impressed by the sheer quality of entries and Morrisons products were worthy winners."
