We welcome the news from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s Outbreak Control Team that Morrisons store in Lonend, Paisley, Scotland is no longer linked with the outbreak of E coli 0157 in the area.
Following detailed investigations, our Lonend store, the colleagues who work there, its products and its operational processes, have all been cleared of any link with the outbreak.
We remain committed to working closely with the Authorities while our store at Falside Road, Paisley, continues to be part of their enquiries. As the Outbreak Control Team has confirmed, there is still no conclusive evidence to link the Falside Road store to the outbreak.
No other products or Morrisons stores are involved in this investigation.
