Pomegranate Fizz
Mix equal quantities of Morrisons Grape and Pomegranate juice with sparkling wine or Champagne. Serve with pomegranate seeds.
Cosy Towz
Fill a tall tumbler with ice, pour over a measure of Whyte & Mackay whiskey and top up with Schweppes Winter Blend Lemonade.
Citrus Burst
Pour 1 measure of Cointreau in a tumbler of ice and top up with Schweppes Straightcut Slimline Grapefruit and Mandarin. Add a twist of orange peel.
Blushing Beauty
Cut a pomegranate in half and remove the seeds. Whizz the seeds in a food processor to release the juice, then strain and pour into a jug with some ice and 3 measures of Absolut Vodka. Pour into 6 glasses, top up with Schweppes Straightcut Pomegranate and Blueberry.

Espresso Fandango
Pour one measure of cold espresso coffee into a glass over ice. Top up with an equal measure of Baileys Irish Cream liqueur.
Sherry Dream
For each person, pour 1 small sherry glass of medium sherry into a cocktail shaker or jug with 3-4 ice cubes and 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp orange juice and 1 tsp honey. Stir well and pour into cocktail glasses with slices of orange.
Seville Secret
Heat 75ml Appleton Special Golden Rum with 1tbsp Seville orange marmalade and 1 tsp Demerara sugar. Pour into 2 glasses and serve warm with a twist of orange peel.
Cream Silk
Measure 3 tbsp of Baileys Irish Cream liqueur into a heat-proof glass with 2 tbsp Soberano Spanish brandy and 1 tsp caster sugar. Warm 120ml milk in a saucepan but do not boil. Pour over the brandy mixture and serve warm with whipped cream and chocolate flakes. Serves 2.
