Delicious cocktails don’t have to be alcoholic. Whether you’re catering for a guest who is driving home or you simply feel like something lighter, here are a few recipe ideas for some delicious and healthy non-alcoholic drinks.
Place the blueberries and hulled strawberries in a liquidiser and a little tonic water. Blend until smooth then top up with the remaining tonic water. Serve over ice, if preferred.
Fill small tumblers with ice and pour in the apple juice. Add the lime juice and top with ginger ale. Serve with a twist of lime.
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Serve in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with a celery stick and a wedge of lime.
Place a couple of handfuls of ice and 2 parts of pineapple juice to 1 part of coconut milk into a blender. Blend and pour into a chilled Martini glass.
Pour the cranberry and grapefruit juice into a tall glass half filled with ice. Stir and garnish with a piece of lime.
Cut a cantaloupe melon in half. Scoop out seeds and pulp most of the flesh in a liquidiser and add the chilled grape and melon juice. Pour into 6 tall tumblers with ice. Serve with melon pieces and halved grapes on a stick.
