Morrisons free prescription collection service is a simple and reliable way to receive your repeat prescription. Just let us know which surgery you want your prescription to be picked up from and we’ll have it in store as soon as it’s ready.
All you need to do is download and fill in our easy to follow registration form, before handing it in to your local Morrisons Pharmacy.
Once you’ve registered, you can either send your completed repeat prescription forms to your surgery or drop them in to us and we’ll do the rest.
