Whip this up for the ultimate breakfast shake.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 200ml low fat natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp clear honey
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 300ml semi skimmed milk
  • 6 large ice cubes

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a liquidiser
  2. Blitz for 20 seconds until smooth then pour into tall glasses to serve
