Banana with marshmallow and chocolate

These sticky and sweet banana treats will bring out the kid in you.

Ingredients

  • 8 bananas
  • 200g pack marshmallows
  • 50g plain chocolate drops
  • 50g white chocolate drops
  • a few hundreds and thousands to decorate (optional extra for kids)

Method

  1. Peel the bananas and slice diagonally into thick chunks. Lift onto a sheet of greaseproof paper, large enough to wrap around and fully enclose the fruit.
  2. Snip the marshmallows in half with scissors and scatter over the top, along with the plain and white chocolate drops.
  3. For the kids, sprinkle with a few hundreds and thousands. Wrap in the paper, then wrap the paper in foil to enclose tightly.
  4. Barbeque for 5 to 6 minutes and serve hot.
