Bean and pastrami toasts

Ingredients

  • ciabatta loaf
  • 420g can butter beans or cannellini beans
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pastrami
  • cocktail gherkins

Method

  1. Slice a ciabatta loaf into 12 rounds and drizzle with olive oil. Grill until golden and crispy. Drain a 420g can butter beans or cannellini beans. Blitz in a food processor with 1 tbsp creamed horseradish and 2 tbsp olive oil. Season. Spread onto the toast then top with thin slices of pastrami and a slice of cocktail gherkin.
