Blue Hawaiian

With a base of coconut milk and pineapple juice this beautiful blue cocktail is a taste of paradise.

Ingredients

  • 25ml white rum
  • 25ml blue Curaçao
  • 100ml creamed coconut
  • 200ml fresh pineapple juice

Method

  1. Pour the white rum into a cocktail shaker, along with the blue Curaçao, creamed coconut and fresh pineapple juice.
  2. Add a handful of crushed ice, put the lid on and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
  3. Pour into a tall glass, and sit a wedge of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
