- Pour the white rum into a cocktail shaker, along with the blue Curaçao, creamed coconut and fresh pineapple juice.
- Add a handful of crushed ice, put the lid on and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
- Pour into a tall glass, and sit a wedge of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
