Cava royale

A classy, sparkling tipple to accompany a festive toast.

Ingredients

  • Crème de Cassis
  • 1 bottle Monasteriolo Brut Cava

Method

  1. Pour ½ tsp of crème de cassis into each of six Champagne flutes.
  2. Top up each glass with the chilled Cava and serve immediately.
