Crispy pork chops with blue cheese

In a hurry? No worries. Try our quick and easy crispy pork chops with blue cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 80g Stilton, crumbed
  • 25g plain flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 100g white breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil

Method

  1. Make horizontal slits in each pork chop and push a little crumbled Stilton into each one. Press the edges together to enclose the cheese then dust with flour.
  2. Dip each chop in beaten egg then in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  3. Heat the oil in a large non stick frying pan and cook the steaks over a medium low heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side until the pork is cooked through and breadcrumbs are crispy. Drain onto absorbent kitchen paper and serve hot
