Cranberry and White Chocolate Wreath

Ingredients

  • 150g white chocolate
  • small handful Butterkist Cinema
  • Sweet Popcorn
  • small handful dried cranberries
  • small handful mini white marshmallows
  • edible silver balls
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Press some greaseproof paper down on a side plate (measuring 14cm) and draw a circle that matches the shallow of the plate. Cut out the small circle,
    place it back on the plate and put a food tin in the middle.
  2. Break up the chocolate and melt in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  3. Carefully drizzle the melted chocolate around the tin so you form the wreath, smoothing with the back of a spoon.
  4. Push popcorn, cranberries, silver balls and marshmallows into the chocolate. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  5. Run a hot table knife (hold it under a hot tap for a few seconds) around the tin to remove it then tidy the edges of the chocolate.
  6. Chill in the fridge for another 30 minutes then remove the wreath from the paper and sprinkle with cinnamon.
