- Preheat the grill to medium.
- Slice the rolls in half and spread each cut side with a little pesto sauce.
- Top with Parma ham, a few roasted peppers and Mozzarella. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
- Grill for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese just begins to melt and turns golden brown.
Cooks Tip: This recipe would work equally well with French bread, focaccia or even crusty white rolls. Experiment!
