Fish, broccoli and potato pie

A rich veg-filled take on classic fish pie.

Ingredients

  • 800g potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 43g can dressed crab
  • 1 tbsp sunflower spread
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 400g white fish fillets
  • 100g peeled prawns
  • 200g purple sprouting broccoli, trimmed and cut into 3cm lengths
  • 400g can Morrisons The Best Lobster Bisque
  • 150g mascarpone
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Bring a pan of lightly salted water to the boil and cook the potatoes for 10 minutes, until tender. Drain well and mash thoroughly with the canned crab, sunflower spread and milk.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/ Gas 5. Cut the fish into bite-sized chunks and toss with the prawns. Arrange over the base of a fairly deep ovenproof dish.
  3. Cook the broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain well and scatter over the fish. Heat the lobster bisque gently with the mascarpone and pour over the fish and broccoli.
  4. Spoon the mash evenly over the top, season with the black pepper and bake for 25 minutes.
