Frozen strawberry lollies

A tasty twist on the summer classic of delicious British strawberries and sugar.

Ingredients

  • 100g caster sugar
  • 50ml water
  • 227g strawberries, washed
  • lolly moulds and lolly sticks

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and water together in a small pan, and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Blend the strawberries and syrup together until very smooth.
  2. Pour into the lolly moulds, add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
