Ingredients

  • 300g leftover cooked rice
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded
  • and finely diced
  • 225g canned pineapple rings
  • in juice, drained
  • 100g canned or frozen
  • sweetcorn, cooked
  • 60ml Morrisons Eat Smart
  • Thousand Island Dressing

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Drizzle with the dressing and toss well to serve.
