Glazed baby carrots

Fresh, tasty carrots with a citrus twist.

Ingredients

  • 800g Chantenay carrots, trimmed and peeled
  • 15g butter
  • juice of 1 orange

Method

  1. Place the carrots in a pan with the butter and orange juice.
  2. Heat gently until the butter melts, then cover the pan and cook over a low heat for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan from time to time.

If you prefer, you can use full-grown carrots cut into batons.
