With cucumber and Pimms, nothing could be more British.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • Cucumber
  • Fresh mint
  • Pimms
  • Lemonade

Method

  1. Add ice, lemon slices, cucumber and mint into a jug to garnish.
  2. Pour in 1 part Pimms to 3 parts lemonade and serve.
