Haddock with zingy lemon butter

A perfect light fish dish that’s ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • Morrisons Frozen Haddock Fillets, 450g, 4 pack
  • 25g butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • zest and juice of one lemon

Method

  1. Cook 2 Morrisons Haddock Fillets according to the instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, place 25g butter and 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
  3. Add the zest and 1 tbsp of juice from a lemon and warm over a low heat for 5 mins.
  4. Season, and serve spooned over the cooked fish with mash and veg.
