Mini hot dogs

These mini hot dogs make perfect party food.

Ingredients

  • 9 brioche rolls
  • 18 mini sausages
  • mustard
  • reduced sugar and salt ketchup

Method

  1. Cut the brioche rolls in half widthways, then make a cut in the top of each piece, deep enough to hold a sausage.
  2. Cook the sausages according to the instructions on the pack.
  3. Fill each roll with a sausage and serve hot with mustard and ketchup.
