Mini pizzas

They’re not only delicious, they’re fun to make too.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack pizza base mix
  • 1 jar Heinz Tomato Frito with Onion and Garlic
  • 80g wafer-thin ham
  • 200g grated mozzarella and Cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Make the pizza dough according to the pack’s instructions. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
  2. When the dough has risen, divide it into 12. Roll each piece out thinly on a well-floured surface, then arrange four bases per lightly floured baking sheet.
  3. Spread the bases with the tomato frito, making sure you cover right to the edges, then arrange slices of ham on top and generously sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and turned golden, then serve.
