Cutting a mango can be tricky, especially if it's really ripe! Follow our easy step-by-step tips and get perfect little squares for your salad.
1. Place a mango on a flat surface.Take a sharp knife and, holding the mango vertically, slice down on either side of the stone.
2. Hold each ‘cheek’ flesh-side up and, using a small knife this time, cut a crisscross pattern into the flesh of the mango.
3. Turn each ‘cheek’ inside out so the mango cubes stand up, making it easy to slice the pieces into a bowl or onto a plate.
