Our revamped Eat Smart range is now in store, so the next time you’re at your local Morrisons you’ll notice a fresh new look and an extended product range. All of the food in our Eat Smart range meets Morrisons strict criteria for the amount of calories, saturated fat, sugars and salt they contain. So from now on, you can enjoy lots more variety and better value for money.

To help you follow a healthy diet we’ve made sure that all our products are clearly labelled with nutritional values including calories, fat, sugar and salt content. On top of that we’ve also added clear Guideline Daily Amount labels to help you understand what's in your food and make choices easier.
Points* ®
You'll notice that all Eat Smart foods display the Points* ® value on the pack. Use these alongside nutritional information to keep track of what you're eating and help you follow a healthy balanced diet.
Did you know...
- All Eat Smart products are either low fat or contain less fat and/or sugar than similar products.
- Eat Smart sweet and savoury snacks help you to fill the gap between meal times, whilst still being healthy and easy to track within your Guideline Daily Amounts and Points ® allowance.
- All Eat Smart chilled ready meals are low fat. The range includes Crispy Sweet and Sour Chicken with Egg Fried Rice, Roast Chicken Dinner, and Sausage and Mash.
