A traditional apple crumble - just that bit healthier!
For the filling:3 Bramley apples150g blueberries25g fruit sugar
For the crumble:125g plain flour50g porridge oatspinch ground cinnamon50g Lurpak Lighter spread15g fruit sugar
1. Set the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4.
2. Peel, core and chop the apples. Place in a pan with the sugar and 3 tbsp water. Cook on a low heat until the apples are softened, then place in an ovenproof dish with the blueberries.
3. For the crumble, place the flour, oats, cinnamon and spread in a large mixing bowl and rub together until the mixed ingredients resemble breadcrumbs. Stir in the fruit sugar.
4. Sprinkle the crumble on top of the apple mixture.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
