Avocado smoothie

Give your mornings a healthy and refreshing zip.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado 
  • ½ organic cucumber
  • 300g Greek yogurt
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1 lime
  • ice
  • corn chips

Method

  1. Place the flesh from 1 avocado in a food processor with ½ organic cucumber, 300g Greek yogurt, 1 green chilli finely chopped, 2 tbsp fresh coriander, and a squeeze of lime.
  2. Add a handful of crushed ice and blitz until smooth.
  3. Serve with corn chips.
