Backhand smash

The strawberry, schnapps and champers celebration combination.

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • 25ml Peach schnapps
  • Champagne

Method

  1. Pop a few strawberries in the freezer and when they're frozen solid, place them in the base of a champagne flute.
  2. Pour in 25ml of peach schnapps, then fill to the top with chilled champagne and serve.
