Banana and mango smoothie

A perfect mid-morning snack or add a dollop of ice cream for a super scrummy dessert.

Ingredients

• 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
• 1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped
• 100ml semi-skimmed milk (for children under two use whole milk)
• 350ml pineapple and mango juice

Method

  1. Simply combine all ingredients together in a blender, and pour into 4 glasses for a delicious, healthy snack.
