Chicken and avocado sandwich

A classic combination

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 2 wholegrain slices of bread
  • butter
  • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • salad leaves

Method

  1. Butter 2 slices of wholegrain bread.
  2. Top one with thinly sliced pieces of cooked chicken breast and half a peeled avocado, cut into slices.
  3. Season, add a few washed salad leaves and the second slice of bread.
