Frozen pineapple lollies

Who needs the ice cream van when you've got these treats in your freezer?

Ingredients

• fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped
• 300ml pineapple and mango juice
• lolly moulds and lolly sticks

Method

  1. Blend the pineapple with the pineapple and mango juice for a couple of minutes, until smooth and all the pineapple fibres have been broken up.
  2. Pour into the lolly moulds, add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
