Instant fruity frozen dessert

A quick cheat and healthier alternative to full-fat ice cream and sorbets.

Ingredients

• 250g pack frozen summer fruits
• 100g icing sugar, sieved
• 250g Greek yogurt

Method

  1. In a food processor or blender, whizz up the frozen fruit with the icing sugar, until finely puréed.
  2. Add the yogurt and spoon into containers. Store in the freezer until ready to serve, or for at least 10 minutes. (Note: if making in a larger bowl, you will need to freeze for about 30 minutes.)
