Maple and mustard glazed salmon

Quick and easy Christmas eve supper

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard 
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 4 salmon fillets 
  • New potatoes and sugar snap peas to serve

Method

  1. Mix 3tbsp wholegrain mustard and 3tbsp maple syrup.
  2. Place 4 salmon fillets skin side down on a foil lined baking sheet and spoon the glaze over them. 
  3. Transfer to a preheated oven 200oC / gas mark 6 for 15 minutes or until cooked through. 
  4. Transfer to a warm plate and serve with new potatoes and sugar snap peas.
