Martini spritzer

Using a rosé wine in this spritzer gives it an elegant pale pink finish.

Ingredients

  • 50ml rosé wine
  • 50ml Martini dry
  • Soda water

Method

  1. Pour the rosé wine into a tall glass, add a little ice if you like.
  2. Then add the Martini dry.
  3. Top up with soda water, stir well and serve.
