Fresh Scottish salmon with a honey and mustard glaze

Rich in Omega-3s, this recipe is not only good for you, it looks very appetising too!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • juice 1 orange
  • 2 tsp honey
  • black pepper to season
  • 6 Scottish salmon fillets
  • dill sprigs to garnish

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/180ºC Fan/Gas 4.
  2. Mix the mustard, juice and honey and a good twist of black pepper and brush over the salmon.
  3. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Serve garnished with dill.
