King prawns with chilli and lime

These prawns with a spicy chilli and zesty lime dressing make a tasty starter.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 a red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 300g cooked, peeled organic king prawns
  • green salad to serve
  • 2 limes, halved

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok or frying pan and add the chilli, ginger and garlic.
  2. Fry for just a minute or so, then add the prawns.
  3. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes just to heat them through.
  4. Serve with a salad and lime to squeeze over.
