Prawn cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 50g cooked prawns
  • fresh coriander
  • salad dressing (optional)

Method

  1. Cut an avocado in half and remove the stone.
  2. Pile approximately 25g cooked prawns on each half.
  3. Top with some fresh coriander.
  4. Drizzle a small amount of salad dressing over everything, if preferred.
