Tandoori chicken

Ingredients

  • 500g Morrisons Less Than 3% Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Patak’s Mild Curry Paste
  • 4 Wye Valley chicken breast fillets

Method

  1. Mix one 500g pot of yogurt with 4 tbsp of Patak’s Mild Curry Paste. 
  2. Make 3 deep cuts in the surface of 4 skinless chicken breasts and place in a shallow dish. 
  3. Spoon over the yogurt mixture, cover and place in the fridge for 30 mins. 
  4. Transfer the chicken onto a baking tray and grill until cooked. 
  5. Serve with tzatziki.
