If a product bought at Morrisons fails to please we will always offer a refund or a replacement to the value of the product(s) originally purchased. Please return the product to your nearest Morrisons store, along with your receipt and any packaging. Please note that under some circumstances we are not able to accept certain products back, see below for more detailed information.
Music videos, DVDs & computer games
If no proof of purchase is available we will either give an exact replacement or refund the cost of the product in the form of Morrisons Gift Vouchers.
Unwanted fresh or frozen product returns
Once the controlled conditions are broken, particularly in regard to temperature, there are a number of external factors outside of our control which might affect the quality of the product. Therefore, unless the product is faulty we can not accept return of these products.
Pharmacy
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on medicines unless they are faulty.
Tobacco
No exchanges or refunds are given on 200 or 100 packs of cigarettes.
Lottery
No refunds or exchanges are possible with regards to National Lottery purchases.
Electrical goods
Defective products returned within 12 / 24 months (as stated in guarantee) of purchase will receipt will be eligible for an exchange or refund. We would advise that electrical goods are returned back to the store where purchased as not all Morrisons stores stock electrical goods and they may be unable to exchange.

Within a selection of our stores, various parking restrictions do apply to ensure there are spaces available for Morrisons customers. Full parking restrictions are signposted at store.
At Morrisons we prefer to present our customers with immediate savings such as weekly promotional offers and value for money products. However, we do offer a Morrisons Miles Card in our Petrol Stations. Once you’ve collected 5000 miles on a single card, by purchasing 500 litres of fuel, we’ll give you a £5 shopping voucher to spend in-store. We always aim to be as competitive as possible; however, our fuel prices will vary between stores due to local competition.
At Morrisons we offer a variety of useful services such as dry cleaning and photo printing. Take a look at all the in-store services we have to offer.
Unfortunately we don't have a list; however, on all our pre-packed products you will find this information in the allergen advice box. We would advise that anyone with allergies or special dietary needs do not consume products from our open counters.
