What is your policy on parent and child parking?
Parent and Child parking spaces should only be used by families. We trust that customers respect this policy and we will enforce this where possible.
Do I have to pay to park?
Within a selection of our stores, various parking restrictions do apply to ensure there are spaces available for Morrisons customers. Full parking restrictions are signposted at store.
What is your policy on disabled parking spaces?
At least 5% of car parking spaces are dedicated to blue badge holders. Disabled parking spaces should only be used by disabled customers. We trust that customers respect this policy, and we will enforce this where possible.
What are the Car Park time restrictions?
In some of our stores there are parking restrictions, these vary from store to store, however full details are sign posted within the car parks. Please don't hesitate to contact a member of staff should you require further information.
I am a Blue Badge holder, do these restrictions apply to me?
Parking restrictions apply to all of our Morrisons customers. However should you feel you require more time or assistance please do not hesitate to contact a member of staff.
Do I have pay to use a Morrisons trolley?
To use a Morrisons trolley, customers will need a £1.00 coin or trolley coin. Change can be given at the Customer Service Desk if needed, and the trolley coins can be purchased from our Cigarette Kiosk. All proceeds go towards our chosen charity of the year.
I have found a Morrisons trolley abandoned, can this be collected?
Please
contact your local store with information of where the trolley can be located, a member of staff will be sent to collect this as soon as possible.
Do your trolleys have a harness for small children?
Harnesses are available at the Customer Service Desk of
your local Morrisons, please ask a member of staff for assistance.
