Are the offers on the website available in all stores?

No, all offers are subject to availability and to participating stores. Please contact your local store directly to find out if an offer is available.

How do I find your products online?

Only products on offer are displayed on the website. If you would like to know if your local store stocks a particular product, please contact their customer services desk directly.

Do you offer an online shopping service?

At present, we don't offer this service. However we're always looking to shape the future of our shopping experience and it's something we're looking into.

I’ve seen a post online instructing me to click a link to win Morrisons vouchers - is this real?

Morrisons is warning its customers that there are some posts circulating on Facebook telling people they can win Morrisons vouchers, if they follow a link and share the page with friends.

Please be aware that these posts are not published by Morrisons and we would strongly advise against clicking these links or sharing them with friends.

I cannot sign in to your website, what should I do?

Please check the ‘Troubleshooting’ section below. If you still can’t sign in, please contact our customer services department for more information.

Troubleshooting

To change your details on site:
1. Go to ‘Please sign in’ at the top of the site
2. Enter the email address and password that your signed up to the site with (note: you might have signed up to the site with an alternate email address such as your work or home email, so be to sure to try these as well if you receive an error message)
3. Page will refresh and top of site will now say ‘Welcome back Your Name’. 4. Click on ‘My binder’ at the top of the site
5. The binder page will now display a box that says ‘My profile’. Please click on ‘Update my profile’ within the box.
6. You will now be able to change personal and account details, including email address, password, postal address and email newsletter opt in.
7. If you receive an error message still, you may have only opted into emails through another means such as a competition or via an in store collector card and are not registered as a user on the website. Or for those that are familiar with the site already, they can use this quick url: http://www.morrisons.co.uk/MyBinder/Profile/

To recover your password:
1. Go to ‘Please sign in’ at the top of the site
2. Click on the link in the log in box that says ‘Forgotten your password?’ Enter the email address that you signed up to the site with (note: you might have signed up to the site with an alternate email address such as your work or home email, so be to sure to try these as well if you receive an error message) 3. If you have attempted using the password recovery on the site and have not received the email, please check your spam folder.
4. If you cannot click on the link within the email, try pasting it into your browser and check your cookie and security settings.

To unsubscribe from the newsletter:
1. Search your inbox for the latest email you have received from email@email.morrisons.co.uk.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email
3. Click on the link labelled [Unsubscribe]
4. This will bring up a page in your browser with the choice to opt out using the email address you received the email to.

An online competition won’t accept my date of birth. How can I enter?

Please ensure that you are entering in the correct format – DD/MM/YYYY Some competitions are age restricted so please remember to read the terms and conditions for more details.
