If a product bought at Morrisons fails to please we will always offer a refund or a replacement to the value of the product(s) originally purchased. Please return the product to your nearest Morrisons store, along with your receipt and any packaging. Please note that under some circumstances we are not able to accept certain products back, see below for more detailed information.
Music videos, DVDs & computer games
If no proof of purchase is available we will either give an exact replacement or refund the cost of the product in the form of Morrisons Gift Vouchers.
Unwanted fresh or frozen product returns
Once the controlled conditions are broken, particularly in regard to temperature, there are a number of external factors outside of our control which might affect the quality of the product. Therefore, unless the product is faulty we can not accept return of these products.
Pharmacy
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on medicines unless they are faulty.
Tobacco
No exchanges or refunds are given on 200 or 100 packs of cigarettes.
Lottery
No refunds or exchanges are possible with regards to National Lottery purchases.
Electrical returns
Defective product returned within 12/24 months (as stated on guarantee) of purchase with receipt will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Baby foods and milk
Packet Food - no refund or exchange is available.
Tin – refund or exchange is available if there is no damage to the packaging and the product is still in date.
Jar - If the ‘safety button' is still depressed and the seal wrap is still intact then a refund or exchange is available as long as the product is in date.
E-PAY
A refund is only possible within 10 minutes of the original transaction and providing the E-Pay swipe card is available to swipe through the E-Pay terminal and you are still in possession of your receipt.

All relevant own-brand foods include Guideline Daily Amount (GDA) labelling and, where space allows, protein, carbohydrates, sugars, fat, saturates, fibre and sodium, plus ‘5-a-day’ labelling on a range of fresh and frozen produce foods. We removed hydrogenated fats from our own-brand products in 2007. We also continue to make our own-brand food healthier by reducing salt, sugar, saturated fats, artificial flavourings and colourings. Regrettably we are unable to provide lists of products suitable for specific allergies or intolerances as our product range often changes.
We are committed to responsibly sourcing our foods and will always take in to account the impact on the environment before selling a product in our stores.
