At Morrisons we bake bread from scratch in store every day. We bake throughout the day too so if we see we’re running out, we roll up our sleeves and get baking again.
All our 1800 bakers are trained in baking craft skills, from baking scones and bread to frying donuts – training that takes an unskilled person to an established baker in 9 months.
So why not make full use of this expertise and ask one of our bakers for a recommendation? We make 127 different kinds of bread, including specialities like our Polish Bloomer as well as a Tiger Bloomer and The Best Farmhouse Seeded Loaf, all made on the premises.
