When Mark’s father ran this family business he mainly grew potatoes and cereals. At the time Mark came on board, Strawsons diversified into other crops including their excellent carrots and leeks. Strawsons is now a major operation and employs 65 full time staff along with seasonal workers. As a business, they are also committed to promoting biodiversity and encouraging wildlife to prosper on their land. Thanks to this they are LEAF Marque accredited.
