Beginning his career in retail as a trolley collector in 1986, Ray has been a constant and integral part of the team ever since, and will celebrate his 25th year in the company this December. Very much a family man, he devotes his spare time to supporting his daughter at Colchester swimming club and loves nothing more than sitting down in front of a good horror film. He's also an avid Aston villa fan and is scared of heights!
